Cervical desensitizationMineral fissure sealing (ZMK 1-2/1999)White spots disappear (ZMK 9/1995)Caries prophylaxis even in hard-to-reach areas
Application
For application, the tooth, ideally freed from plaque, is relatively dried and thoroughly dabbed with a cotton pellet or brush soaked in the dabbing solution. No intermediate rinsing!
Drying is not required.
Then, thoroughly dab with a second cotton pellet or brush using the corresponding, well-shaken post-dabbing solution.
Only then rinse with water!
No drying or curing – the patient may eat and drink immediately.
An invisible precipitate remains, not visible to the human eye.
Cervical desensitization:
Repeat the treatment 1 to 2 times every 8 – 14 days, then 1 to 2 times annually. For particularly sensitive tooth necks, it is recommended to start by dabbing with the post-dabbing solution. Subsequently, the dabbing solution and then again the post-dabbing solution are applied as described.
Fissure sealing:
After the usual pre-treatment of the fissure with a probe or an excavator, the dabbing is performed. Here too, repeat the treatment twice if possible, with an interval of 8 – 14 days, then repeat 2 times annually.
Caries prophylaxis:
Treat at least once annually; for bracket wearers, at least twice annually.

Application
For application, the tooth, ideally debrided of plaque, is isolated and thoroughly treated with an application solution-saturated cotton pellet or brush. Intermediate rinsing is not required. Drying is also unnecessary. Subsequently, a second cotton pellet or brush is used to meticulously apply the corresponding, well-agitated post-application solution. Only then should the area be rinsed with water. No drying or curing is necessary – the patient may resume eating and drinking immediately. An imperceptible precipitate will remain.
Cervical Desensitization: Repeat the treatment 1 to 2 times at intervals of 8 – 14 days, followed by 1 to 2 applications annually.
For cases involving particularly sensitive cervical areas, it is recommended to initiate the procedure with the application of the post-application solution. Subsequently, the application solution and then the post-application solution are to be applied again, as previously described.
Fissure Sealing: Following the standard pre-treatment of the fissure with a probe or an excavator, the application is performed. Ideally, the treatment should be repeated twice, with an interval of 8 – 14 days, followed by biennial applications.
Caries Prophylaxis: A minimum of one annual application is recommended; patients with orthodontic brackets should receive treatment at least twice annually.
