The afternoons in June at the Explore-Sciencenter Alfeld, guided by Humanchemie GmbH staff, demonstrated that chemistry can be genuinely engaging and does not require extensive resources. Under the theme "Corrosive Everyday Life," student experiments were conducted using common household materials. In addition to citric acid and cola, baking powder, baking soda, and soap were also utilized.
